Pre-heat the oven to 350F.

Once you've made the filling, place the thawed puff pastry onto a floured surface. Roll it out with a rolling pin so it's large enough to make two sausage rolls.

• Roll the puff pastry
• Cut the pastry in half
• Spoon on mixture
• Fold over one side
• Brush ends with egg
• Fold remaining side over
• Snip of the ends
• Brush with Egg
