This orange, banana, strawberry and yogurt smoothie is my take on Bill Granger's famous sunrise drink.
I haven't encountered many orange juice smoothies but this one is certainly delicious and tropical.
For the best results, use freshly squeezed orange juice for that natural citrusy sweetness.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 cup of orange juice
- 1/2 cup of natural yogurt
- 1 ripe banana
- 5 ripe strawberries, hulled
- 3 ice cubes
Preparation:
- Place ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses. Serve.
