The Chocolate Banana Milkshake is a meal in a glass that I often turn to when I'm in a rush in the mornings. It's delicious and nutritious and only requires three ingredients.
I use a good quality, unsweetened dark cocoa powder, a ripe banana and 2% organic milk. The banana acts as a natural sweetener so there's no need to add any sugar.
- 1 heaped Tbsp of dark, unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1-2 large ripe banana
- 1 1/2 cups of milk
- Place the cocoa powder, banana and milk into the blender. Blend for 1 minute until smooth. Drink!
