Indulge in a stew for all seasons with this hearty seafood stew. It's comforting during the cooler months but just as desirable during in the summer on a patio with a chilled glass of white wine.
It's best made with oily white fish like cod or ling, however salmon and tuna also work well. This easy seafood stew makes a wonderful dinner party meal and looks impressive as the table centerpiece that everyone can dig into with some crusty bread.
I usually add a dollop of garlic mayo which enriches the smoked paprika-infused broth.
