Why should kids have all the delicious fun this Halloween? Here's just the thing for adults to devour while the kids are out trick or treating -- a wickedly good chocolate fondant spiked with Grand Marnier.
The perfect chocolate fondant pudding should be soft, spongy cake on the outside with a center that oozes with chocolaty goodness. It is for this reason that you must pay strict attention to the cooking time of this recipe -- 12 minutes and no more if you want that gorgeous molten center.
Pair the fondant with vanilla ice-cream, cream or even a dollop of creme fraiche and a handful of fresh raspberries.
