Easy chocolate cake

The title says it all really. What is doesn't say is how easy and how delicious this cake actually is. The secret to its light, soft crumb, besides a cup of butter, is boiling water.

The addition of the water will make the batter quite runny but never fear. Simply put it in the oven. Wait for 40 minutes and behold the masterful cake rise before your eyes.

Topped with a chocolate buttercream icing and fresh strawberries, this chocolate cake is heavenly.
