There are times after dinner when I need a little dessert to finish off the meal. That dessert could be a scoop of chocolate ice cream, a cookie or something as modest as a piece of fruit.
For something a little more substantial I turn to a simple and satisfying treat of grilled bananas. They can be prepared in under 10 minutes and for that tiny investment of time, you feel like you've had a really special treat.
The bananas are grilled just long enough to soften slightly and for the brown sugar to caramelize. I then topped them with my favorite creamy vanilla yogurt and some tangy fresh passionfruit. For a more decadent dessert substitute the yogurt and passionfruit with melted chocolate and macadamia nuts.

These sound good, but I don’t see any instructions.
Ignore above, I found them.
I can’t see any instructions neither…
Do you just put the banans under the grill like? peel them first or not? I was really looking forward to a grilled banan recipe as well…
I may as well put a recipe up but not tell you how it’s done.
