Grilled Salmon Salad
I am always looking for weekday recipes that are quick, easy, very healthy and, of course, absolutely delicious.
This Grilled Salmon Salad recipe fits the bill perfectly. With only 10 minutes' investment, you can be serving a dish which is high in more than 20 vitamins and minerals, protein and essential Omega 3 fatty acids.
One of the best things about this recipe is how filling it is. You don't often think of salads as being very substantial, but the pieces of salmon in this recipe really fill you up. Alternatively you could also substitute salmon with tuna or even swordfish.
The dressing I have used is common in Japanese fare. It calls for a combination of soy sauce and lemon juice with finely grated ginger and onion. If you haven't yet tried it, it's to die for. And, it's perfect for this salmon salad.
