The Famous Bondi Chicken Burger
Oporto is an Australian Portuguese chicken store. From its humble beginnings on the shores of Sydney's famous Bondi beach, it has grown into one of the fastest-growing franchises in the country. With 15 new stores every year, it has spread across the Tasman Sea to New Zealand and is on its way to the USA and the UK.
The biggest reason for its astronomical success is the Bondi burger -- a grilled chicken burger with a special secret chilli sauce!
Recently one of my readers, Veronique, reminisced about the Bondi burger in the forum and asked whether I had a recipe for the Bondi burger.
Now, I don't claim to have cracked the secret to the sauce... yet, but I have done my best to give you a taste of Bondi in your own home. Follow this very simple recipe and you'll see why so many Australians have fallen in love.

Damn… i miss the bondi burger… hahahaha if only oporto opened in Indonesia, especially in Padang west sumatra… we dont even have mcdonalds here!!!! hahahaah!!!
